BEGINNERS WORKOUT Instructor - Jo Walker

  What a fantastic way to start the week with this high energy workout, perfect for complete               beginners through to intermediate level. Our 60 minute workout will burn calories like never             before with easy to follow basic steps. The content of this class changes weekly so please don’t       think you’ll be left behind because everyone else will know what they’re doing.. they don’t !

WHAT TO WEAR
  As long as it’s comfortable and allows you to move freely wear what you like, it’s not a fashion           show so please don’t think you’ve got to spend a fortune on clothing. A comfortable pair of               trainers are important in this class, but again don’t get misled into thinking they’ve got to be             expensive. Bring a towel and a bottle of water.
  This really is a great class for burning calories and helping to boost weight loss, you turn up and     leave me to motivate and guide you through, you’ll be glad you came.
  Oh and did I mention…The music is fantastic!!

MIXED CIRCUITS Instructor - Jo Walker

A 60 minute power blast class.  This supercharged session has many challenges in strength, speed, stamina and endurance pushing your workout to the limits. For those of you who already have a reasonable level of fitness but just want to see how far you can be pushed…

Find your weakness and make it stronger!

Bring a towel and water.

This class is great if you’ve hit a wall with your training and can’t get passed it, working through all major muscle groups it will take you to a new level.

FRIDAY NIGHT TRAINING Instructor - Jo Walker

What a way to end the week. Friday nights are suitable for intermediate/advanced fitness levels. Circuit based enabling you to work at your own pace. Great for stress relief!

What a mixture this class is -
Combination circuits plus boxing, step, skipping, balls and weights - improving strength, endurance, speed, stamina and flexibility.

Attention! This workout will give you a serious adrenaline burst to start your weekend..

Tums & Bums BODY CONDITIONING Instructor - Jo Walker

If it’s toning you want this is the ultimate top to toe toning class that’s going to give you the results your looking for. Firstly we gently raise the heart rate to kick start the fat burn phase and then incorporate inch loss toning exercises that will help to reshape and strengthen those areas we all have a habit of hating!

WHAT TO WEAR
Something comfortable that allows you to move freely and a pair of trainers. Bring a towel and some water.  

This class really does give out what you put in - you will rapidly start to see and feel a difference in your body. The music’s great, the atmosphere is friendly and the instructor doesn’t let you give up… even when it really hurts!!
STEP & TONE Instructor - Jo Walker

Step your way into a fitter and healthier body with this class, designed to tone your body whilst you burn unwanted calories. Step is great for toning your thighs, tum and bum. Suitable for all levels from complete beginner to advanced.
The class is newly designed each week so don’t worry if you haven’t tried step before you won’t feel left behind because each week brings something new!

Step & Tone is a highly motivating class that will leave your feet tapping and a smile on your face.

PILATES Instructor - Jane Williams

Pilates exercise is taught on mats and also by means of specially designed equiptment that provides physical assistance and/or resistance . Every person who comes into the pilates studio will have a fitness screening which will ensure the exerises selected for that person will be safe and approriate.
Pilates exercises can help improve posture, alleviate lower back pain, increase awareness and motor learning.





TOTAL BALANCE Instructor - Cheryl Slater

Total Balance is the perfectly combined workout using Pilates, Yoga, and Tai Chi an outstanding class that is not to be missed!!
Total Balance focuses predominatly on increasing your core strength and stability.

POLE AFFINITY Instructor - Miranda Goldring

Pole fitness classes are mixed abilities, and are taught in a progressive format; consisting of a variety of spins, transitions and tricks on the pole tailored to suit each individuals personal abilities. Pole Fitness is not only great fun to learn, but is also fantastic for toning all those wobbly bits, and  building your strength. Classes have a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, a great way to meet people and make new friends.
