WHAT TO WEAR
As long as it’s comfortable and allows you to move freely
wear what you like, it’s not a fashion
show so please
don’t think you’ve got to spend a fortune on clothing. A
comfortable pair of
trainers are important in this class, but
again don’t get misled into thinking they’ve got to be
expensive. Bring a towel and
a bottle of water.
This really is a great class for burning calories and helping to
