Studio 20 offers a wide variety of classes and courses for beginners to the more advanced. Whether it's spin-cycling, hard-core circuits, weighted classes or karate , you're sure to find a fun and challenging workout that's appropriate for your level of fitness. If you are unsure about which class might best suit you - just give us a call and we can recommend something fun to help achieve your fitness objectives.

 

Women's Bootcamp Instructor Joanne Walker

Tues and Thurs

 

Join us on a journey to losing weight and looking great, our bootcamps are usually 3 - 4 weeks and guarantees the most awesome results. With an easy to follow food plan, daily exercises delivered on the private Facebook group and 2 training sessions per week covering cardio and fat burning.

STEP & TONE- Instructor Jo Walker

Wed 6.30 - 7.15pm

Thursdays  9.30 - 10.15am

This class alternates between easy - to - follow Step moves up, onto, down and around height adjustable platform and body sculpting for continuous calorie burning.  If you want lean legs, a lifted butt and a functionally fit core - Step this way!! A firming section using dumbbells will tone & sculpt the upper body. fInishing with a great Ab workout.

AWESOME ARMS & ABS- Instructor Jo Walker

Mondays 5.45pm - 6.15pm

Fridays

9.30 - 10.15am and 5.45 - 6.15pm 

I will guide you safely and effectively through this workout. You will tone & define you arms, chest & back with the use of Dumbbells and body weight. I will integrate effective intense ab work throughout to work for a flatter tummy.

Wednesdays 9.30 - 10.15am and 5.45 - 6.15pm
This is an AWESOME NEW CLASS specially designed and put together by Jo for everyone who is serious about changing their body shape.

Old Skool Aerobics for all levels- Instructor Jo Walker

Mon 6.30 - 7.15pm

Tues 9.30 - 10.15am

A fusion of Aerobic moves, this is the ultimate total body workout.
All fitness levels are welcome in this class, plenty of options are available. 

Towel and water needed.

FRIDAY NIGHT TRAINING-  Instructor Jo Walker

Fridays 6.30 - 7.00pm

No one ever drowned in sweat!! Thats what your going to have to remind yourself in this 30 minute HIIT workout is the ultimate end to your workout week, digging deep and finding every bit of energy you have leftplus some.

"It's fast it's hard it's awesome"

Be prepared to get your heart racing and sweat pouring. This is a great workout for everyone, and plenty of options are available for all fitness levels. Towel and water needed.

Spinning/Indoor cycling

Spin (45 min) Indoor cycling provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all ages (over 14) & fitness levels. Experience a full ride of hills, sprints and endurance intervals with energizing music and motivational instruction. ... Experience the benefits of a cardio workout plus strength building in one class.
