Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 14 Oct 2026
Our commitment
Studio 20 wants everyone to be able to use this website, whatever their level of vision, hearing, movement or understanding. As a service provider we also have a duty under the Equality Act 2010 to make reasonable adjustments so that disabled people are not put at a substantial disadvantage.
How accessible this website is
This website has been built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Specifically:
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, in a logical order, with a visible focus outline and a "skip to main content" link.
- Text and interface colours meet or exceed the AA contrast minimum (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text) against our dark background.
- Pages use proper headings, landmarks and lists, so screen readers can navigate them by structure.
- Every form field has a visible label; errors are announced and linked to the field they belong to.
- Images carry alternative text, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- Animations — including the opening sequence on the homepage — are switched off automatically if your device is set to reduce motion, and can be dismissed at any time by scrolling, clicking or pressing a key.
- Text can be resized to 200% and the layout reflows down to 320px wide without loss of content or horizontal scrolling.
- Nothing flashes more than three times a second.
Known limitations
We are honest about the parts that are not perfect yet:
- The drone tour video has no captions or audio description. It contains no speech or narration, but we will add a text description of the tour.
- Third-party pages. Payments are taken on Stripe's own checkout pages and video is played by YouTube. We do not control the accessibility of either, though both publish their own accessibility information.
- This statement is based on our own testing (automated checks plus keyboard and screen-reader passes). It has not yet been verified by an independent accessibility audit.
Using this website with assistive technology
If you find the animation or motion uncomfortable, turning on "reduce motion" in your operating system's accessibility settings will stop it. Your browser's own zoom, text-size and high-contrast tools all work on this site.
