How it works

We show you round and get you training.
If you buy online you can cancel within 14 days for a refund, less a proportionate amount for any days you have already used. After that, memberships are non-refundable, so please choose carefully. Memberships bought at reception do not carry the 14-day online cancellation right.
Every new member gets a free induction so you feel confident with the equipment and the layout of the gym.
Yes. There is a separate women's-only gym upstairs with its own equipment, and it is included with every membership at no extra cost.
Yes — ask at reception about the weekly option on the unlimited membership.
Yes. A 12-month standing order option is available and includes a written training programme.
